Omron produced the C200H-TC001 as a temperature controller and thermocouple transistor output module. It is engineered to interface with many thermocouple sensors and measure temperatures from them, offering precise temperature management and monitoring in industrial applications. Several thermocouples, such as, R, S, K, J, T, E, B, N, L, and U are among the supported temperature sensors the module is compatible. This module can accommodate various requirements for temperature measurement with its higher adaptability. It has two input points or loops; each one is made up of a current transformer (CT) and a temperature sensor. This module is able to detect current in the range of 0.1 to 4.9 amps. Depending on the purpose of the application, the temperature controlling carries out using either the PID or ON/OFF control modes. The module's setting and indicator accuracy is +/-0.5% of the set (defined) value or +/-2°C, with a maximum variance of +/-1 digit. With a sample period of 500 milliseconds, the control period can be configured to be between 1 and 99 seconds. This enables real-time temperature management that is accurate and sensitive. This module is compact, making make it simple to integrate and install within control panels or programmable controllers. The module can consume up to 0.33 amps of internal current at 5VDC. It needs an external source with a minimum current rating of 0.2 amps and a voltage rating of 24VDC. The maximum is 24VDC with 100 milliamps. The maximum residual voltage when the module is ON is stated as 3V, and the maximum leakage current when the module is OFF is specified as 0.3 milliamps.
