Omron's CP1W-EIP61 is a communication interface in networks requiring efficient data transmission. This module includes one RJ45 socket for Ethernet connections, enabling smooth integration into existing systems. It accommodates EtherNet/IP and FINS UDP communication protocols, ensuring versatility in industrial applications.

With data transmission speeds of 10/100BASE-TX, the module can handle communication over distances up to 100 meters. It allows for a flexible data link setup, providing options for data links of 20, 40, 100, or 200 words and a configuration of 40 words using CIO. Maximum connectivity includes support for one originator plus up to four simultaneous UDP FINS connections, enhancing operational efficiency.

The isolation capability of 500 V AC for one minute between the Ethernet port and the internal circuits ensures safety from electrical interference. The module's dimensions are compact at 86 mm in width, 90 mm in height, and 50 mm in depth, making it suitable for various setups. It operates optimally in temperatures ranging from 0 to 55°C and can be stored between -20 and 75°C. Furthermore, the module can function effectively within a humidity range of 10% to 90% RH without condensation issues. Power is supplied directly from the CPU unit, enhancing convenience during installation.
