The Omron CQM1H-AVB41 is equipped with four analog setting screws, allowing users to set values stored as 4-digit BCD codes between 0000 and 0200. These values are stored in the analog settings words (IR 220 to IR 223). The analog controls are located on the front panel, without indicators. Adjustments are made by rotating controls clockwise, increasing the setting value. The board can also function as an analog timer by using TIM instructions with IR 220 to IR 223 as set values, storing the analog settings as timer values when the timer begins.

The Omron CQM1H-AVB41 serves as an Analog Setting board equipped with four variable resistors, enabling precise analog adjustments. These four resistors, situated on the front panel of the Analog Settings Board, allow users to establish values that are subsequently stored as 4-digit BCD codes ranging from 0000 to 0200 within the analog settings words (IR 220 to IR 223). This compact module holds a size of 64 bits, spanning IR 22000 to IR 22315 while maintaining an energy-efficient profile with a current consumption of merely 10 mA at 5VDC. Notably, the Analog Setting Board is designed for ease of use, featuring four analog controls on its front panel. Despite their practicality, these controls lack indicators. Rotation of the controls in a clockwise direction increases the set value, and a small Phillips screwdriver can be used for this purpose. Interestingly, the module can be repurposed for analog timer functions by specifying IR 220 to IR 223 as the set value of a TIM instruction. Upon activation, the analog settings are then stored as the timer's designated value. As for its physical attributes, the Analog Setting Board's dimensions stand at 25 × 110 × 107 mm (W × H × D), resulting in a lightweight build of 60 grams. For installation, this board can be seamlessly incorporated into either slot 1 or slot 2, providing adaptability within automation systems. Applicable CPU units for the Analog setting board are Applicable CPU Unit CQM1H-CPU51 and CQM1H-CPU61. While the module lacks indicators and front connections, it fulfills its role effectively by offering straightforward analog adjustments. Whether for calibration or timing purposes, the Omron CQM1H-AVB41 Analog Setting Board proves to be a versatile tool, enhancing the precision and adaptability of industrial processes.
