Omron's CS1W-EIP21 serves as an advanced communication unit within the CS1 series. Weighing only 0.38 lbs, this unit efficiently integrates into complex systems that require high-performance communication. It supports various protocols, namely EtherNet/IP, FINS/UDP, and FINS/TCP which enhances its versatility in networking applications.

The communication unit operates at a voltage of 5 VDC, drawing a maximum current of 410 mA. It is designed to function within an ambient temperature range of 0 to 55 °C, ensuring reliability under standard operational conditions. Additionally, for storage purposes, it withstands temperatures from -20 to 75 °C.
