The ATS01N222LU soft starter, manufactured by Schneider Electric as part of the ALTISTART series, caters to 3-phase systems. Designed to function efficiently from 200 to 240 V AC with a tolerance of ±10%, it supports a maximum current rating of 22 A and can manage motors with power ratings of up to 5.5 kW (7.5 hp). Its unique voltage ramp starting method provides smooth acceleration, reducing mechanical stress on the motor.

Users can customize start and stop times, adjustable between 1 to 10 seconds to suit application requirements. To minimize operational noise and heat generation, this model comes with an integrated bypass. In terms of control, it features two logic inputs (LI1 and LI2) which allow for various operations such as start, stop, and boost functions.

For fault indication, it includes a relay output (R1), offering a clear signal for any issues that may arise during operation. The environment in which it can operate is rated between -10°C to +40°C without derating; however, temperature ranges between 40°C to 50°C require a current derating of 2% per degree Celsius. With an IP20 protection rating, this soft starter is well-suited for clean environments.
