The Allen Bradley 509-COD-A2H is a full-voltage non-reversing starter intended for reliable operation in industrial applications. Although a fuse is not included, the unit comes equipped with a short-circuit release to protect against overload conditions.

The continuous operating current is rated at 45 A, and the starter can handle a limited service current of up to 52 A, with a substantial peak inrush current capability of 483 A.
