The PowerFlex 753 series is an AC drive series manufactured by Allen-Bradley. It is widely used for general-purpose control applications rated at up to 400 Horsepower and 270 kilowatts. The input voltage range of the drives in the 753 series ranges from 380 to 480 Volts AC, 600 Volts AC, or 690 Volts AC, and the output voltage range from 0 Volts to the rated input voltage value. The 753 series increases the life of relay outputs and the cooling fans in machines. This drive series features predictive diagnostics for tracking the running status and other information on the drives. The drives in this series feature safe torque-off and safe speed monitors which are both certified with the PLE/ CAT 4 rating. The drive series has a thermal dissipation of a maximum of 2 Watts. The PowerFlex 753 drives use default CM cap connections with both jumpers removed or with the jumpers installed. EMC filtering options are available in this series. Both jumpers enabled and non-jumper drive versions are available in the 753 series.
The PowerFlex 753 series is widely used in speed and torque control applications. It can be integrated into Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation architecture systems. The drives in this series feature DeviceLogix with embedded control technology which supports the manipulation of the discrete outputs and drive control functions. The PowerFlex 753 series is certified with the ABS, CE, EAC, KCC, and functional safety standards. The drives can be operated at up to an altitude of 4800 meters above sea level. All the drives in the PowerFlex 753 series support line transients of up to 6000 Volts per peak. The control logic noise immunity of the 753 series drives supports showering arc transients up to 1500 Volts peak. The drives are 97.5% efficient with nominal line Volts. The drives come with user-installed CR1220 lithium cell batteries to power the real-time clocks.
