About VPF Food Grade Motors

Manufactured by Allen-Bradley, the VPF series food-grade motors feature the permanent magnet rotary servo motors and they are optimized to the ratings of Allen-Bradley Kinetix 5500 and Kinetix 5700 servo drives. The VPF food-grade motors feature the food-grade enclosures that include food-grade shaft seals. The units under the VPF food-grade motors series fall under 2 different voltage classes. The VPF food-grade motors’ voltage classification is either the A class which is 200 Volts rated and the B Class that is 400 Volts rated. The Allen-Bradley VPF food-grade motors feature the bolt circle diameter frame sizing system. There are a total of 6 different frame sizes and the VPF food-grade motors feature a magnet stack length of up to 4. The VPF food-grade motors come with 9 different speed ratings, while the feedback classification is available in 4 feedback types. The different feedback classifications include the C, P, Q, and W feedback options.
