Allen Bradley 1336 PLUS II Drives

The 1336 PLUS II drive series by Allen-Bradley is a series of compact and high-performance adjustable frequency AC drives with sensorless vector control that is designed to provide speed control solutions to a wide range of applications. The 1336 PLUS II drives offer common designs, control interface options, and device communication options that are found across the entire series which makes integration, installation, operator training, and maintenance simple. The 1336 PLUS II drives are available in ratings from 0.37 to 448 kiloWatts (0.5 to 600 Horsepower) with voltage ranges from 200 to 240 Volts AC, 380 to 480 Volts AC, and 500 to 600 Volts AC. They are available in 9 different frames (A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, C, D, and E), and they have constant torque and variable torque capabilities. The 1336 PLUS II drives use programmable pulse width modulation frequency with adjustable output voltage for exceptional speed and torque control, and these outputs can be easily fine-tuned to provide the desired performance under varying loads.

The 1336 PLUS II drives have built-in fault detection and overload protection, and they also have real-time preventive and fault reporting capabilities that alert operators to any faults through alarms and plain text diagnostic messages for quick corrective measures. The 1336 PLUS II drives offer the users motor control with the standard Volts per Hertz control (with a customizable Volts per Hertz curve) and the sensorless vector control (SVC) which provide outstanding speed and torque performance, and a higher starting torque of up to 250%. The 1336 PLUS II drives have configurable I/O interfaces, optional human-machine interface modules, Remote I/O, RS-232/422, DeviceNet, and Enhanced DeviceNet modules, control interface modules (with and without encoder interfaces), and multiple language options. The 1336 PLUS II drives are available in IP 00 (Open), IP 20 (NEMA Type 1), or IP 54 (NEMA Type 12) installations, and they are CE, CSA, UL, C-TICK certified.
