The Allen-Bradley 20AC015A3AYNACNN is a PowerFlex 70 AC Drive. With its compact design, this AC drive provides a control function for 3-phase motors in open-loop configurations. It supports the work of industrial applications such as palletizers, conveyors, diverters, fans, and packaging machines. It can be coupled with motors working with voltages of up to 400 Volts AC that have a power rating of 7.5 kW. The unit is equipped with a ControlNet communication card. Many of these drives can be connected to the same network to exchange data with PLCs and SCADA automation systems. The Allen-Bradley 20AC015A3AYNACNN has an LCD that shows information to the users which can input data through a numeric keyboard and in this way interact with the drive.

Install the 20AC015A3AYNACNN drive by attaching it to a panel. The best place for this IP20 protected device to be installed is an electrical cabinet equipped with a fan. The unit requires very little maintenance. Simple visual checks and cleaning activities will guarantee it a long operating lifetime. For example, be sure to keep the drive in a clean and dry place. Once every two or three months, inspect the drive’s cooling fans and heatsink for dirt and dust. Clean the drive if there is a need to prevent blockage and overheating.  Always turn off the drive and wait 5 minutes before starting the cleaning procedures.
