The 2098-DSD-075 controller is an Ultra 3000 digital servo controller that has been manufactured and designed by Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley). Its main input current at nominal voltage is 30 Amps and can reach 50 Amps when at zero-peak maximum inrush. It has a continuous output current of 24.7 Amps that reaches 35 Amps at zero-peak. The Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) 2098-DSD-075 Ultra 3000 digital servo controller is widely used in different industries for a variety of device control applications in SLC and third-party machine control systems. The 2098-DSD-075 controller has specifications and features that make it one of the most versatile servo drives on the market. It offers an internal shunt resistance of 16.5 Amps and 4290 µF bus capacitance with a bus overvoltage value of 452 Volts DC. When installing the 2098-DSD-075 Ultra 3000 digital servo controller, it is recommended to maintain a clean environment with an ambient temperature range of -40 to 70 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity range of 5 to 95%. It is also recommended to install it enclosed in a grounded cabinet that prevents the drive from dirt and dust. Clearances must be left on each side of the servo controller in order to promote ventilation and prevent overheating. The drive must be mounted in a vertical position.
