The Micro 810 series is a series of 12-point controller smart relay modules that are designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley. It comes with high current relay output models and it eliminates the need for external relays and this cuts costs and saves panel space. This controller can be configured by using an embedded LCD without any programming software. The 810 series controller modules can also function as a micro PLC with similar programming capabilities. The function blocks include the Delay OFF/ON Timer, Time of Day, Time of Week, and Time of Year function blocks for applications requiring a programmable timer and lighting control. The Micro 810 modules come with USB 2.0 embedded communication ports. They are equipped with 12 embedded digital I/O points. They have base analog I/O channels which include four 24 Volts DC digital inputs. The controller modules have been certified with agency certifications which include the UL, CE, and the C-Tick standards. They comply with the European Union directives. These products have been tested to meet the EMC directives too. The operating temperature is between 0 and 55 degrees Celsius.
The Micro 810 series modules are available in different variants. They come with optional 1.5-inch LCDs for monitoring and modifying the application data. The optional LCDs also function as backup memory modules. The module variants are manufactured with different voltage ranges, I/O ratings, and power consumption ratings. All of the module variants feature common embedded real-time clocks. The Micro 810 module variants are manufactured with dimensions of 91 x 75 x 59 millimeters. These devices can withstand operating and non-operating shocks of 30 G in magnitude. The front of the controllers come with LED indicators. The LEDs glow solid green for normal operation and they flash green for operating system errors.
