The IC200MDL330 is a discrete output module from the VersaMax I/O platform. This module is primarily used as a distributed I/O component for maximizing the I/O capability of a particular Central Processing Unit (CPU) module, lower cost of I/O wiring and to create a highly-scalable and maintainable control system. The IC200MDL330 comes with Sixteen (16) discrete output channels that are individually isolated from each other. Each channel are able to deliver a nominal output voltage of 120 VAC with a voltage range of 0-132 VAC, 47-63 Hz frequency. In addition, each output provides a maximum output current of 0.5 Amperes and minimum of 10 mA per point. The maximum inrush current generated by each channel is 5.0 Amperes with a duration of 20 ms or one cycle. In addition, the output voltage drop is maximum of 2.0 V while the output leakage current is less than 2 mA at 132 VAC output voltage. Furthermore, the maximum On and Off response time of each output channel is ½ cycle for both signal transitions. The IC200MDL330 comes with an internal protection circuit that is composed of Snubber circuit which is essentially a resistor and capacitor network and a Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) on each output of the module. Integrated status indicators include Sixteen (16) LEDs assigned to each of the output, depicting the actuation state of each output channel. In addition, an OK LED is also provided which indicated power being actively received from the backplane. This output module has backplane current draw of 140 mA, maximum.

The IC200MDL330 Versamax AC Discrete Output Module is a 16-channel discrete output module from the GE Fanuc Versamax I/O family. The Versamax I/Os are built around the famous Versamax compact and modular design, offering affordable I/O solutions that can match the power of similar but larger systems. The IC200MDL330 Output Module receives 16-bit intelligently processed output data from the CPU or a network interface module and it sends out these signal as discrete outputs to output devices that have 2 states such as interposing relays, contactors, and indicator lamps. The IC200MDL330 Output Module requires a carrier base for installation. The Versamax I/O Carrier bases like the IC200CHSxxx base have a snap-in design that helps to eliminate complex field wiring and reduce engineering costs. The IC200MDL330 Output Module requires an external user-supplied 120 Volts AC power supply for operation, and it has an operating voltage range of 85 Volts AC to 132 Volts AC at 47 to 63 Hertz. it has a maximum backplane current consumption rating of 140 milliamps and an output leakage rating of 2.0 milliamps at 132 Volts AC. The IC200MDL330 has 16 discrete output channels that are isolated from one another. Each output point is capable of handling 10 milliamps minimum loads and 0.5 Amps maximum load. Each IC200MDL330 Output Module output point has built-in MOVs and snubbers that provide protection against voltage transients, in addition to the 1500 Volts AC point to point isolation for 60 seconds. The IC200MDL330 Output Module has a maximum voltage drop of 2.0 Volts and a maximum response time of 1/2 cycles (On/Off). It comes with 16 individually-labeled channel LEDs and a backplane status LED.
