Honeywell's SmartVFD HVAC drives are variable frequency drives designed for commercial HVAC applications. These variable frequency drives have built-in PLCs and communications options that are compatible with commercial buildings' HVAC management systems. The SmartVFD HVAC drives are available with NEMA 1, NEMA 12, or NEMA 3R enclosures. NEMA 12 enclosures protect the drives from moderate amounts of dirt and dust, and NEMA 3R enclosures protect them from rain or falling water. The SmartVFD HVAC drives support optional heaters for applications in cold environments. They are available with different 3-phase AC voltage ratings, current ratings, horsepower ratings, and frame sizes.
