Siemens VBII Safety Switches

The VBII Safety Switches from Siemens are enclosed safety switches. Their red handles are easy to see and easy to grip. Additionally, the blades in the VBII Safety Switches are easy to see too. These switches have doors that can open at angles wider than 180 degrees. The VBII Safety Switches support quick-make and quick-break mechanisms. General-duty switch models have 100 AIC interrupt ratings, and heavy-duty switch models have 200 AIC interrupt ratings. These safety switches also support overload ratings of 12X instead of the industry-standard rating of 10X. AC switch models are available with voltage ratings of 240 and 600V AC, and DC models are available with ratings of 250 and 600V DC.
