About Kinetix 350

The Allen-Bradley Kinetix 350 series is a series of single-axis servo drives that support Ethernet/IP communication. These servo amplifiers come in 120 to 240 Volts AC single-phase models and in 240 to 460 Volts AC 3-phase models. These are intelligent devices that are programmed to recognize the various types of servo motors that can be attached to them, as well as to successfully respond to any challenges that may arise in the dynamic operation of servo motors. The devices are designed to integrate quickly into industrial networks containing Allen-Bradley products such as MP series and TL series servo motors and CompactLogix or ControlLogix controllers. The Kinetix 350 drives can handle motors rated anywhere between 400 Watts and 3 kilowatts. To access the programming and setup of the servo drives, it is necessary to use the RSLogix 5000 programming software or Studio 5000 Logix Designer software distributed by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation.

The Allen-Bradley Kinetix 350 series single-axis servo drives are most commonly used in packaging, automated assembly, material handling, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and automated inspection applications. No matter what branch of industry they are being used in, these servo drives will provide superior precision in the positioning of tools and machine parts, leading to a reduction in the number of rejected products and to an increase in product quality. The maximum flexibility these drives have in terms of changing parameters and operating modes makes the Kinetix 350 series drives extremely attractive for OEMs that build machines that require continuous adaptation to new operating conditions with a wide range of speeds that need to be covered. All products from the series are CE, C-Tick, and cULus certified.
