Honeywell Model 41 Series

Honeywell's Model 41 Series is a line of low-profile load cells, also known as "pancake" load cells. These strain gage cells can measure loads between 5 and 500,000 pounds. Tension/compression-type Model 41 Series load cells have threaded holes that run completely through their centers. Model 41 Series load cells use 2 stabilizing diaphragms to reduce side-loading and off-center effects. The diaphragms are welded to a cell's sensing member. Model 41 Series load cells support high levels of repeatability, non-linearity, and hysteresis in weighing and extruding applications. These cells have welded designs, and they can be hermetically sealed.
