About Panelview Plus 1250
The PV Plus 1250 series is a series of control terminals manufactured by Allen-Bradley. The PV Plus 1250 devices are used for monitoring and controlling applications for ensuring optimal functionality. These easy-to-use terminals are configured to allow for the easy understanding of the application statuses, featuring indicators located at the back of the terminals. The PV Plus 1250 terminals come pre-programmed with the FactoryTalk® View Studio software that is the Machine Edition software, together with the FactoryTalk View ME Station software. The PanelView series provides the users with terminals that are easy to integrate into a system or an architecture platform. The units also come with scalable display screens that are 12.1 inches wide and support both the keypad and the touchscreen input methods.
The PV Plus 1250 terminals come with common development software and they have real-time monitoring by using the supported web browsers. The PV Plus 1250 features logic modules, communication modules, and display modules. The 1250 series of PanelView devices come with a high memory capability and which supports the AC and DC power options. The PV Plus 1250 terminals also come with the EtherNet and the RS-232 serial communication ports. The PanelView terminals supports the use of external devices that are attached through the provided USB ports. The PV Plus 1250 terminals have 2 USB ports used for connecting an external mouse, keyboard, printer, and USB flash drives that are used for loading the application software and transferring files.
