About H Series

The H Series is an Allen-Bradley brushless motor series. These motors are mostly used in the manufacturing industry for motion control, positioning, or actuation systems. These servo motors are ideal for different industries due to their high-power density, speed-torque characteristics, high efficiency, and their support for wide speed ranges. The motors in this series can be categorized according to their factory designated options which are the standard flange option and the NEMA option. It can also be categorized depending on the optical encoder line count. It is available with an encoder count of 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, or 5000. The H Series offers motors with both multi-turn and single-turn high-resolution encoders. The motors are also available in a variety of thermal resistance.

The internal parts of the H Series motors are made up of rare-earth materials which increase the performance of the motor. The motors are also available with spring-set holding brakes. The H Series motors are available with the motor windings and they can be ordered with special windings too. The H Series motors offer a wide variety of choices to the users. They are also available based on the rotor moment of inertia. The operators can choose their servo motors depending on the number of poles they have and on the dielectric rating of the servo motors. The H Series can be operated within a temperature range 0 to 40 degrees Celsius and it can be stored at -30 to 70 degrees Celsius within a relative humidity range of 5% to 95%, non-condensing. The installation environment should be non-corrosive. During the installation of these motors, it should be properly mounted and earthed.
