About 1333 AC Drives

The 1333 AC drive series is a series of adjustable frequency AC drives manufactured by Allen-Bradley. The units under the 1333 AC drives series feature particular drive ratings, enclosure types, nominal line voltage ratings, phase ratings, and frequency ratings. The information about these ratings is available on the nameplate data. Before the installation of each of the units under the 1333 series, ensure that the technicians have checked the nameplate data to find out all the required installation conditions. The 1333 AC drives feature the standard and derated input voltage types. The unit features a bus voltage above the 430 Volts DC overvoltage trip, with an undervoltage trip, and a bus voltage below 160 Volts DC. For deceleration stall protection, the 1333 AC drives stop the deceleration ramp if the Bus voltage rises above 380 Volts DC. Each 1333 AC drive features a heat dissipation rating that is estimated and based on the operation at the maximum output current rating of the controller.

If the 1333 AC series drive is not meant for immediate installation and use, ensure that its storage conditions are favorable to prevent damaging of the unit. The Allen-Bradley 1333 AC drives should be stored in a clean and dry place with the ambient storage temperature of -25 degrees Celsius minimum, and 65 degrees Celsius maximum. Ensure that it is stored under non-corrosive conditions to provide optimal performance. The 1333 AC drives might contain components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge. Therefore, ensure that the static control safety precautions are observed when testing, servicing, and repairing the drive. If the static control precautions are not adhered to, this might result in damage to the 1333 AC drive’s parts and assemblies.
